The latest fixtures, team line-ups, results and tables for the Ladies and Mens National League Teams
We play on Thursday night, at the Plumstead Common WMC, Plumstead and the Oaktree Community Centre, Stamford Hill
The format is 6 players per team and we play 3 Pairs 601 and 6 singles, 501 x 5
We play on Monday night right across the Greater London area.
The format is 7 players per team and we play 7 singles, 501 x 7
